Food preparation is said to be as an activity unique to humans. This activity has begun long time ago however; there was no clear evidence as to when it was invented. Food preparation is basically the act of preparing foodstuffs for consumption. Many types of food preparation involve heating the food ingredients (cooking), however other types of preparation involve chemical, biological, or mechanical means.
Let us first define the term "cooking".

2pcs. medium-sized onions, chopped
2pcs. siling haba, chopped
1/2 cup cooking oil
1Tbsp. sinigang sa sampalok mix
1Tbsp. iodized salt
180ml. sachet mayonnaise
Procedure:

SEASIDE SISIG
Ingredients:
1 k. Tambakol, cleaned
2pcs. medium-sized onions, chopped
2pcs. siling haba, chopped
1/2 cup cooking oil
1Tbsp. sinigang sa sampalok mix
1Tbsp. iodized salt
180ml. sachet mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Steam Tambakol until cooked.
- After removing the fish bones, chop meat into flakes.
- Saute the Tambakol flakes in the chopped onion and siling haba.
- Season with iodized salt and sinigang sa sampalok mix.
- Top with mayonnaise.
- Serve hot.
